"I am thrilled to bring to families and schools a program that is accessible to all types of movers. This DVD is important because it focuses on HOW we move. Understanding the fundamentals of movement is essential to healthy body perception. The DVD helps people big and small tap into their movement potential, providing them with the resources to develop strength, agility, spatial awareness and non-verbal communication. "When people feel good about their bodies they to do more, move more and become healthier and ultimately happier people. When parents and teachers do these activities with kids they are teaching them the importance of being active and they are becoming more active themselves. Kids will have fun and adults will too! It is a winning program for everyone." Stacey Pepper Schwartz
